Our preconditioner, available in W-1 and W-2, improves the overall metallurgical quality of molten iron by pretreatment.
Product Advantages
1.Forms long-lasting graphite nuclei with strong fading resistance, effectively preventing graphite nucleus dissolution during prolonged high-temperature holding of molten iron, thus improving metallurgical quality.
2.Improves graphite morphology, reduces chill tendency, minimizes shrinkage porosity, and enhances both the density and mechanical properties of castings.
3.Enhances graphite uniformity and reduces hardness variation, thereby improving the machinability of castings.
