The release agent imported from Ukraine is the release agent used for hot box sand core (mold). It has the advantages of fast volatility and good release effect, and can be demoulded for many times and produce less mold scale once brushing.
Product Characteristics
●It can quickly form a stable isolation film on the surface of pattern to prevent the fouling of the model (core box), and the appearance quality of the sand core (model) is significantly improved.
●It can significantly reduce the demoulding resistance, greatly improve the surface quality and labor productivity of the sand core (mold), reduce pattern wear, and prevent sand core (mold) damage, especially micro-cracks.

Instructions
1. Thoroughly clean the mold first, remove the previous residual mold release agent and other residues, and keep the mold surface dry.
2. When using the release agent, it should be fully shaken or stirred evenly, sprayed with a spray gun, and after evenly applied, the core can be made and molded without waiting for drying.
Precautions
1.The release agent should be sealed when used and stored, away from fire and heat sources, and should be stored in a ventilated and cool place.
2.Wear the necessary protective equipment when using it. If the skin gets on the release agent, please rinse it with water immediately, and seek medical attention immediately if necessary.
