The company's anti-veining additive imported from Ukraine is used in the cold-box core and the hot-box core to prevent defects such as veins and burrs in the inner cavity of the casting, and may partially or completely replace the special sand.

Instructions for use

● Used in the cold-box core: It is added in the sand mixing process of sand core making with the original sand, mixed evenly and then added resin and other auxiliary materials. According to the volume of the sand core, the suitable addition amount of this product is 0.3-1.0%, and the specific addition amount is determined according to the production process of each company’s casting.

● Used in the hot core: It is added when the precoated sand is produced,addition process can refer to that of cold core,and the addition amount is0.4%~0.6%.
